- Prashant Kakkar has over 26 years of experience in senior roles in multinational corporations, including Arvind Mills, Hutch, and IndiGo Airlines. He has managed various business functions (sales, marketing, channel & distribution, pricing, product development) and large retail distribution networks with significant revenue and marketing budgets.
- More recently, he has served as an advisor and consultant to national-level NGOs and third-sector actors, specializing in large-scale systems-led transformation, institution building, and change management within learning spaces. His work spans education, skill development, livelihoods, and vocational training, employing a core framework of People, Processes, and Tools across public and private domains, including ECCE, K12, and higher education.
- He has mentored and coached first-generation learners as entrepreneurs within incubation centers at Ambedkar University (AUD), IIT Delhi, and the Craft and Development Institute, Srinagar.
- He has also delivered deep studio classes as an adjunct faculty at AUD, F.O.R.E. School of Management (his alma mater), NIFT Delhi, Delhi Entrepreneur and Skills University (DESU), and Amity Business School.
